SHIPPING OPTIONS:

- Freight Services: Bulky parts (engines, panels, etc) are shipped via trusted freight carriers. Tracking will be provided once dispatched.

Warranty Details
- Covers incorrect or faulty parts only — not change of mind, incorrect purchases, or parts that no longer suit your needs. Please confirm compatibility before buying.
- Contact us promptly if there's an issue; we may request proof of purchase, photos, vehicle registration/VIN, and a fault description, and may inspect the part before approving a refund, replacement or repair.
- Returns require prior approval and must come back in the condition supplied — un-dismantled, unmodified, undamaged, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Electrical components must be professionally fitted; faults from incorrect installation, modification, damage, or wiring/programming/vehicle issues are not covered.
- Engines, gearboxes and major mechanical components: warranty covers the engine block, cylinder head and internal components only — excludes water pumps, diesel pumps, timing components, and other attached parts.
- Not covered: failures from overheating, poor lubrication, incorrect installation, contaminated fluids or misuse. Customers must replace recommended service items (seals, gaskets, timing belts/chains, water pumps, fluids) before installation.
- Warranty covers the supplied part only — labour costs are not included.
